Coffee in the lobby was awful. Van shuttle is not fit for a non-athlete; you need a step stool to get on board ir suffer injury. The only good thing if you're looking for food is Pho 92 restaurant just across the street. Downtown Denver has the ambiance of a huge shopping mall--not charming at all. Denver Airport was just my destination airport before joining a 7-day tour to the national parks in Wyoming, Utah, and surrounding areas, so take my comments with a grain of salt.

Very livable city with high quality of life.
Very livable city with high quality of life. Great access to a lot of nature, quaint small towns, and national parks, which you can get to via day trips you can book with family-owned tour operators. Seems like it has a high dog to human ratio, as almost every street will have a human walking their cute dog!

Incredible palce! Ask natives about places to eat.
Incredible palce! Ask natives about places to eat. There are sooo many privately owned, not huge, but massively delicious restaurants. Then take advantage of all the opportunities to work off the calories: The Botanical Gardens are fun any time of year, as seasons change the varieties blooming. There are some outstanding and large parks. The area has a huge number of period houses, some huge, like the Patterson Inn and many smaller, but beautifully appointed. The Art Museum is great and the zoo is a bit small (I am from San Diego), but quite fun. There are so many extraordinary places to travel to near Denver. It is a hiker's paradise, but wait a few days to head for the hills. You need to acclimate to the higher altitude.

Denver is a wonderful city. Don't forget it's a mile high - one of my friends felt the effects. Excellent train to/from the airport also!

The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all downtown Denver attractions and lots of great restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable. Good size, nice windows, nice shower, and comfortable bed. The fitness facility is very good. There were plenty of machines and weights--every morning there were 4-6 people exercising and it was easy to accommodate them all. The staff were very nice and attentive.
Nice big room overlooking Downtown in the distance and with view of the Rockies. Close to railway connecting Downton and Airport (my main reason to chose the hotel). Modern and quiet.
Airport Shuttle Service. But don't expect them to pick you up at the nearby railway station if you have lot's of luggage without wheels on it. The answer was: It's not far, you can walk. That saves the tip.
First of all, the housekeeping service, Sandra was amazing, I hope I'm remembering her name correctly. Thank you so much! She kept the room clean every day even when we left the hotel a bit late sometimes. The location is not the best but it's better not to pay for the hotel 3x more in downtown. We used Uber to go downtown from the hotel and it costs around 15$.
I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights on a business trip. I was worried after reading some of previous reviews, but it was much cleaner than I expected and the room was well maintained. In particular, the coffee and hot tea in the hallway, including breakfast, were very attractive. I recommend this hotel if you are planning a business or trip to downtown Denver.
The breakfast (included in our room rate) was excellent with lots of different options. It was also great to have kitchen facilities in our suite and a lounge area to spread out in. The location was very good for Downtown Denver and there was no noise at night. The air con was also very much appreciated as we visited during a heatwave.
